Please read these Terms of Service carefully before installing or using AI-Ready Capture. By installing the extension, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AI-Ready Capture ("Company", "we", "us"). By installing the AI-Ready Capture Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, accessing our website, or subscribing to AI-Ready Capture Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using AI-Ready Capture on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
AI-Ready Capture is a Google Chrome browser extension that helps users turn webpages and supported documents into AI-ready structured content, with full-page screenshots, annotations, and screen recording available when visual context matters. The service is offered in two tiers:
All captures, imports, and recordings are processed entirely on your local device. No captured content, document content, screenshot, or recording data is transmitted to any AI-Ready Capture server.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI-Ready Capture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
This licence does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign the extension or your license key; modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the extension; use the extension to build a competing product or service; remove any proprietary notices from the extension.
Every new installation of AI-Ready Capture includes a 7-day free trial of all Pro features. No account or credit card is required to start the trial. The trial begins automatically from the date of installation and is tied to your Google account via Chrome sync storage to prevent resets on reinstall.
To continue using Pro features after the trial, you must purchase a license key. AI-Ready Capture Pro is available at:
After purchase, a license key in the format GRAB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX will be delivered to your email address. Enter this key in the extension's upgrade page to activate Pro features immediately. No account creation is required.
All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You agree to use AI-Ready Capture only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use AI-Ready Capture to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate license keys that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of this section.
You retain full ownership of any screenshots, screen recordings, and captures you create using AI-Ready Capture. We claim no rights over your captures.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your captures comply with the copyright and intellectual property rights of the content you capture.
The AI-Ready Capture name, logo, extension code, website design, and all related materials are owned by or licensed to AI-Ready Capture and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any AI-Ready Capture intellectual property to you.
AI-Ready Capture is distributed through the Google Chrome Web Store. Your use of the extension is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google's policies, Google's policies shall prevail as they relate to distribution and use of the extension via the Chrome Web Store.
AI-Ready Capture is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI-Ready Capture and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total amount you paid to AI-Ready Capture in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your license key at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms or conduct that we reasonably believe causes harm to users, third parties, or us.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting support@aireadycapture.com or via your payment provider's dashboard. Upon termination, your Pro licence will not auto-renew and Pro features will revert to the free tier at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For Pro subscribers, we will also send an email notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of AI-Ready Capture after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
